These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the James Forge website (jamesforge.com) and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

James Forge SRL ("James Forge", "we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

We ship to all EU member states and selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Standard delivery within Italy typically takes 2–4 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries typically take 4–8 business days. Express shipping options may be available at additional cost.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. James Forge is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance or force majeure events.

Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed on the website. This threshold may vary by destination country.

You have the right to return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jamesforge.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Certain items, such as personalised or custom-branded products, cannot be returned unless defective. Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., base layers, socks) can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

All products sold by James Forge are covered by the statutory warranty as required by EU law (minimum 2 years from delivery for defects that existed at the time of delivery).

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us with your order details, a description of the defect and photographs if possible. We will assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper care, or modifications made to the product by the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, James Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

James Forge makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on the website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
