How to Measure
Body Measurements
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your arms.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with feet together.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg along the inside of a well-fitting pair of trousers.
- Sleeve: Measure from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder and down to the wrist with arm slightly bent.
Footwear & Gloves
- Foot length: Stand on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel, then measure the distance in centimetres.
- Hand circumference: Measure around the widest part of your hand (just below the knuckles), excluding the thumb.
- Hand length: Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the palm (wrist crease).
Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your feet and hands are slightly swollen for the most accurate fit, especially for safety footwear.
